"Advisor wasn’t very helpful"
I went in hoping to get some clear answers about my course options, but the advisor seemed unsure the whole time. Most of the answers were vague, and it didn’t really feel like they understood what I was asking. I tried to be patient at first. Then, nope — it just felt like a waste of time

The whole process took longer than I expected, and the steps felt a little all over the place, if that makes sense. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely got frustrating after a while.

I tried the free trial and, it went well. The lessons loaded without any issues, which was nice. There were a couple parts where I had to pause and figure out what was going on, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it gave me a good enough feel for the program and helped me decide if it was worth continuing.

I tried trymyschool.com for a little while, it was just about as easy to use as I thought it would be. I had a feeling it would be straightforward, and my experience pretty much confirmed that.
The pages loaded quickly for me, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of links to find what I was looking for. The menus were simple and clear, which is exactly what I usually prefer on sites like this.
Nothing felt confusing or unnecessarily complicated. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and since it matched what I already expected from a good, simple site, I’d definitely use it again

"Follow-up was okay, but could be better"
Not gonna lie, my first impression of trymyschool.com was decent. They got back to me quickly and answered my main question, which I appreciated.
After that though, the follow-up slowed down a bit. I had to nudge them once to get more details, which was a little annoying. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think they could be more consistent after the initial reply.

I just had a couple of basic questions about enrollment, but it took forever to get clear answers. I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which made the whole thing even more frustrating than it needed to be.

I paid for this thinking it would be more helpful, but it felt basic. Like, for the price, I was expecting a lot more. It just didn’t really feel worth it to me, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

MySchool was fine overall. I did like that it gave me personalised school suggestions based on the details I put in, and yeah, a few of the results actually made sense. But some matches felt a bit random, like they weren’t really really close to what I was looking for. The site itself was easy enough to use, so no big issue there. I just think the personalisation could be better and more accurate. Not bad, not amazing, just okay.

"Pricing Felt Too Hidden for Me"
I was looking around MySchool the pricing just wasn’t clear enough. I don’t love having to click through a bunch of pages or hand over my info before I even know what something might cost, so I backed off quickly.
Maybe that setup works for some people, but I’m careful about where I share my details and what I’m committing to. If the prices were shown upfront, I probably would’ve stayed longer, but as it was, I left without signing up.

I tried using trymyschool.com and, to be fair, the experience wasn’t terrible or anything. It mostly worked fine, and I don’t want to make it sound like something went wrong because nothing really did. But I just didn’t feel completely confident using it. Some of the information wasn’t as clear as I would’ve liked, so I ended up checking a few things on my own just to be safe. Maybe I’m being a bit cautious, but I’d rather do that than assume everything is fine. I think the site would feel a lot more trustworthy if the details were clearer and the replies were a little faster.

I reached out to support and ended up waiting a few days for a reply, which was frustrating. I kept checking my inbox and even noticed the little timestamp on my original message, so the delay felt even longer. Once they finally got back to me it was fine, but the wait definitely stood out...

I tried this hoping it would help us find schools that actually fit my kid, but the matches felt kind of random. Like, a few were way too far away, and some didn’t even offer the programs we were looking for. I’m not really sure how they’re matching people, but yeah, it just wasn’t accurate for us.
